The Gallery at Jurassic World: The Experience

The Gallery Relocates to Launch

“The Gallery Art of Giving, Giving Art Community Project Hatch Dome”

at Jurassic World: The Experience, Asiatique The Riverfront Destination

The Gallery, a social enterprise that believes in the power of art and craft to create positive change, has relocated from The Heritage Lounge to its new home: “The Gallery Art of Giving, Giving Art Community Project Hatch Dome” at Jurassic World: The Experience, Asiatique The Riverfront Destination. The store opens under the theme “From the Earth Before Time,” inviting visitors to discover meaningful creations that connect culture, community and creativity.

The new location features a special collection of handmade products from 58 communities and artists across Thailand. Each piece combines local traditions with modern design, turning cultural heritage into beautiful and purposeful items.

A highlight of this collection includes dinosaur dolls, keychains, and tote bags made from Thai plaid fabric, created through the collaboration of two communities in Kalasin Province: the Ban Dong Noi Village Weaving Group, which preserves the craft of traditional weaving, and the Dee Dino Sin Community, which transforms the fabric into playful dinosaur-themed products. Proceeds from these sales will support local communities, especially those around the Sirindhorn Museum excavation area, one of Thailand’s most important dinosaur fossil sites, helping to strengthen the local economy and create sustainable opportunities.

The Gallery also introduces the “Sawasdee Bangkok” collection, designed exclusively for this launch. The collection features friendly illustrations of the Phuwiangosaurus sirindhornae and the flying Garudapterus buffetauti visiting the iconic Wat Arun, with glowing spotlights lighting up the night sky as a warm greeting to the dinosaurs. Created with Ban Dan Tai Community, known for transforming fabric into unique items, it highlights Kalasin’s heritage and is available only at this store.  This special series includes clutch bags, tote bags, crossbody bags and water bottle carriers, available only at this pop-up store.

In addition, visitors can explore a wide range of unique handmade products: natural ceramics from Chiang Mai, scented candles from Nonthaburi, recycled paper home décor from Samut Sakhon, eco-friendly creations from Bangkok, and works by well-known artists and brands such as DE QUARR, MAISON MIKO, STUDIO 899, SHIKA BOUTIQUE, MAB-UEANG, WISHULADA, ELEPHANT POOPOOPAPER PARK, SASITANAT, NANIQUE, LAISIN, 103 PAPER SHOP, KORAKOT X FABUT, METEDECHA, and ANONA.

Each item is carefully handmade, reflecting The Gallery’s commitment to “Design for Good” – using design to support people, culture and the environment.

Join us in this unique experience and discover craft that goes beyond beauty – art that gives back – at The Gallery Art of Giving, Giving Art Community Project Hatch Dome located at Jurassic World: The Experience, Asiatique The Riverfront Destination, starting 8 August 2025, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
